ABB Educate “Fresh Approach for 2022” includes a new program that will improve the availability of training for practices, enhancements to our online education platform, and refreshing updates to long-time favorite courses.
ABB Educate the online, educational service went through a series of enhancements based on your feedback and will continue to expand in 2022. Currently, one Billing and Coding update video by Dr. John McGreal is available, FREE to ABB OneBill Members. This seminar is great for getting acquainted or reacquainted with 2022 Billing and Coding updates Look for more courses to be added to ABB Educate throughout 2022 and beyond!
Staff Training: The Center for Paraoptometric Education (CPE), ABB One Bill’s three-day training course for newer optical staff has been revamped. Now called The First 90 Days and is now hosted online via ABB Educate. This will allow your staff to get the training they need from the comfort of their computers. We are working with new speakers as well to help develop new staff training to enhance your practice.
Summer CE Webinar: We will be introducing a new CE webinar for both Doctors and Staff this summer! Doctors will enjoy a wide range of topics: glaucoma, retina surgery, and systemic medicine technologies. While staff will learn how to engage patients from different generations and how to best serve them. They will also learn all things telemedicine, why it is here to stay, and how it can be beneficial for both the practice and the patient. Things will wrap up with a HIPAA compliance seminar to make sure your practice is implementing the right things to make sure you avoid an audit.

Billing and Coding Live: With Covid-19 we were not able to have our famous Billing and Coding events with Dr. John McGreal for 2 years! As many others had to, we had to move our education online. This was a stop-gap, we know it didn't serve for the best interaction between our speaker and you to ask questions in real-time. The good news is, that we are bringing back Billing and Coding in 2023 in a live format. You will get all the latest information for ICD-10, CPT, and MIPS for 2023; while being able to speak directly to Dr. McGreal. Rest assured we will be making sure to take all necessary precautions for your safety. Be on the lookout for more details later this year.
